Submit Insurance Coverage to the District

The District does charge residents who receive emergency care and transport from our first responders. Any balance beyond what is covered by their insurance will be the patient's responsibility. Simply submit the insurance form, and our team will handle the claim and any applicable paperwork.  Patients should contact their insurance provider to understand ambulance service coverage, related deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.

Nonresident Billing Information

Nonresidents of the District who receive emergency care and transport from our first responders are billed differently than residents.
