Big River Ambulance District believes that an empowered community is a safe community. We offer many free classes for our residents designed to help them feel confident to act—and not react—in an emergency.

Big River also wants residents to understand the importance of safely disposing of prescription medications. The District offers a medication disposal program that encourages residents to drop off unused medications.
